Production line composition:
Single screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, metering pump, mold, calibration table, primary haul-off machine, cooling bracket, secondary haul-off machine, cross-cutting machine, conveyor.



Main features of the production line:
1.The extruder with exhaust structure does not require high moisture content of raw materials during the production process. The material will be discharged during the plasticization process to ensure the surface quality of the product;
2. Relying on technological innovation, we has thoroughly improved the mold and the shaping plate. At present, it can achieve the production level of 915MM double-out products. The product edge straightness is good, the production line process is stable, and the production capacity has also been greatly improved.
3. In terms of product cutting, the company improves the cutting and dust collection structure based on the traditional cutting machine and the process requirement that hollow products cannot be dusted during the cutting process, which can basically prevent the leakage of powder chips.



Features and applications of the products produced:
PP plastic formwork thickness ranges from 12-15mm, and width can be customized to 915-1220mm according to customer requirements. The surface of the products produced is smooth and the size error is small. It has many advantages such as nailing, planing, corrosion resistance, and strong flame retardancy.
