Main features of the production line:
Specialized single screw extruder, with high-speed extrusion, efficient plasticization and other characteristics. Professional separation type mixing screw, specially designed three extrusion heads, reasonable path, smooth outer and inner walls of the pipe, small internal stress.

Features and applications of the products produced:
1. The linear expansion coefficient is only about 20~30% of that of ordinary PP-R products; it completely solves the expansion and contraction problem of plastic pipes.
2. The rigidity of the pipe is enhanced to prevent the pipe from sagging, and at the same time, the density and number of fixed support points are reduced, thereby reducing the comprehensive cost of the project.
3. The pressure resistance level is higher, and the service life is longer under the usual design vibration force.
4. The high temperature resistance is better, and the energy saving and consumption reduction effect is obvious; FR/PP-R is used in hot water systems, and the normal use temperature can reach 95~100ºC, which not only increases the temperature of the medium used, but also reduces the thickness of the insulation material, and its comprehensive cost is lower.
5. Large water flow: Under the same level of pressure conditions, the wall thickness of FR/PP-R pipes is thin, which increases the inner diameter of the pipe, thereby increasing the water flow (increased by 20%).
6. The problem of oxygen permeability of the pipeline is solved, and the inner surface directly in contact with water is hygienic and non-toxic, with good sealing, and will not form sphagnum moss. The middle layer of glass fiber reinforced FR/PP-R pipe completely isolates the outside air from penetrating into the pipe, thereby inhibiting the growth of algae and keeping the water fresh and pure.
It is used as process pipeline and corrosive medium conveying pipeline in chemical and chemical fiber industries. It is also widely used in sewage treatment, landfill, sewage conveying and collection pipes. Connection methods include hot melt butt welding, socket hot air welding and flange connection, which are suitable for pipeline systems with different working pressures.
